A. It takes 7 - 10 days to receive the certificate, through the mail.
Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?

Q. I received multiple e-mail confirmations and confirmation numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order, you will receive a confirmation number.
You will receive your certificates via USPS in 7-10 days.
